Satan is a tempter:

-” Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the desert to be tempted by the devil: After fasting for forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tells these stones to become bread.” Jesus answered, “Man does not live of bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God” (…) Jesus said to him,”Away from me, Satan! For it is written: “Worship the Lord your God, and serve him alone.” Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him”, Matthew 4,1-11.

Satan is a accuser:

-“Does Job fear God for nothing!” Satan replied. “Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has. You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land. But stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face”, Job 1,9-11.

 

God´s judgment of The Devil – Satan (greek diábolos, hebrew Satan) – Satan´s Doom:

-“Then he will say to those on his left, “Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels”, Matthew 25,41.

and

-” And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulphur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever”, Revelation 20,10.

-“Then death and hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. If anyone´s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire”, Revelation 20,14-15.

 

The children of Abraham, John 8,1-59:

-“They answered him, “We are Abraham´s descendants and have never been slaves of anyone. How can you say that we shall be set free?” Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it for ever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed”, John 8,33-36.

and

Life Through the Spirit, Romans 8,1-39:

-“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit”, Romans, 8,1-4.

 

 

Jesus birth, his sacrifice on Calvary Cross, his resurrection and ascension to his Father in heaven:

-“The Dragon stood in front of the woman who was to give birth, so that he might devour her child the moment it was born. She gave birth to a son, a male son, who will rule all the nations with an iron scepter. And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne,” Revelation 12,4b-5.

-“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the father, full of grace and truth”, John 1,14.

Jesus sacrifice on Calvary Cross: 

Genesis 3,15 The Covenant between God and Eve: ” And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel” and fulfilled by Jesus Christ as the offspring of the woman (from Eve to Mary, Jesus Son of Man) on Calvary Cross, when Jesus said:” It is finished” (John 19,30): Jesus Christ´s victory over Satan – a victory in which all believers will share.

-“Jesus said,”This voice was for your benefit, not mine. Now is the time for judgment on the world; now the prince of this world will be driven out. But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself. He said this to show the kind of death he was going to die”. John 12,30-33; (See also John 3,13-21).

Jesus resurrection and ascension to his Father in heaven:

-“Then he opened theirs minds so they could understand the Scriptures. He told them, “This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from dead on the third day, and repentance and forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning in Jerusalem”. John 24,45-47.

-“When he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven. Then they worshipped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy”. John 24,50-52.

 

 

The fall of Satan:

-“And there was a war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven”, Revelation 12,7-8).

After the crucifixion of Jesus Christ on Calvary Cross, where HE The Son of Man and the Son of GOD shared his blood as The Lamb of God (John 1,29):

The triumph Victory over Satan and the SIN of Mankind, passed, present and future:

SATAN and his angels lost his/their place in heaven and SATAN has never more access to Gods Throne in heaven as ACCUSER, as he had BEFORE the CROSS. See Book of Job: 1,6-22; 2,1-10.

-“The great dragon was hurled down – that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and the angels with him”, Revelation 12,9.

-“He (Jesus) replied, ” I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven”. (Luke 10,4) and

-“Now is the time for judgment on this world; now the prince of this world will be driven out. But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself”. He said this to show the kind of death he was going to die”. John 12,31-33).

-“and in regard to judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned”. (John 16,11).

Note NIV Study Bible on John 12,31(quote): on this world. The cross was God´s judgment on the world. the prince of this world. Satan (cf.16.11). The cross would seem to be his triumph; in fact it was his defeat. Out of it would flow the greatest good ever to come to the world.(unquote)

Rejoice in Heaven:

-“Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses the before God day and night, has been hurled down. They overcame him by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony; and they did not love lives so mush as to shrink from death,” Revelation 12,10-11.

-“Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! he is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short”, Revelation 12,12.

Isaiah, 14,12-17:

-“How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, sun of the dawn!You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! You said in your heart,”I will ascent to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.” But you are brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit”, Isaiah 14,12-15.

Luke 10,1-24: Jesus Sends Out the Seventy-two:

-“The seventy-two returned with joy and said,”Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name.” He replied,” I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.” Luke 10,17-18.

Ezekiel 28,12-19:

-“You were the model of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone adorned you: ruby, topaz and emerald, chrysolite, onyx and jasper, sapphire, turquoise and beryl. Your settings and mountings were made of gold; on the day you were created they were prepared. You were anointed as a guardian cherub, for so I ordained you. You were on the holy mount of God; you walked among the fiery stones. Ezekiel 28,12a-14.  (…)  -” Through your widespread trade you were filled with violence, and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God, and I expelleds you, O guardian cherub, from among the fiery stones. Your heart became proud on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor.” Ezekiel, 28,16-17b.

Hostility of Satan towards the people of God through all history of mankind – under the old covenant and under the new covenant: THE BODY OF JESUS CHRIST, THE BRIDE since the day of Pentacost and until today – THE TIME OF GRACE and in the future THE GREAT TRIBULATION TIME of 7 years (the last of the seventy “sevens”, see Daniel 9,24-27) until THE 2. COMING OF JESUS CHRIST in his GLORY (1. Thessalonians 5,23):

-“Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to make war against the rest of her offspring – those who obey God´s commandments and hold the testimony of Jesus,” Revelation 12,17.

 

 

The future THE GREAT TRIBULATION TIME of 7 years (the last of the seventy “sevens”, see Daniel 9,24-27) until THE 2. COMING OF JESUS CHRIST in his GLORY (1. Thessalonians 5,23):

 

The Beast out of the Sea and The Beast out of the Earth, Revelation 13,1 – 13,18:

 

 

The Beast out of the Sea, Revelation 13,1-10:

THE FALSE PROPHET.

-” And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name”, Revelation 13,1.

-” The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority”, Revelation 13,2b.

-” The whole world was astonished and followed the beast. Men worshipped the dragon because he had giver authority to the beast, and they also worshipped the beast and asked, “Who is like the beast? Who can make war against him?”, Revelation 13.3b-4.

This is visions, where God reveals to the Body of Christ – THE CHURCH of true believers and disciples of Jesus Christ about Satan´s strategy to deceive and destroy THE CHURH in the 7 years of THE GREAT TRIBULATION just before the second coming of Jesus Christ.

-“ The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise his authority for forty-two months”, Revelation 13,5.

-” He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them. And he was given authority over every tribe, people. language and nation. All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast – all whose names have not been written in the book of life belonging to the Lamb that was slain from the creation of the world. He who has an ear, let him hear”, Revelation, 13,7-9.

The Beast out of the Sea is a metaphor of a person – a false prophet who is under influence and dominion of Satan. The false prophet established a false ideology, a false religion , a false way of thinking, which is worldwide. The false prophet will get authority over all nations on earth. This authority will lead to a worldwide power system of false religion/false political ideology, economic and military structures. This 3-fold system is under influence and dominion of the false Prophet and the Dragon=Satan.

Revelation 16,13: -” Then I saw three evil spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the false prophet. There are spirits of demons performing miraculous signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.

Revalation 19,19-20: -” Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army. But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshipped his image. The two of then were  thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulphur”. (“the rider on the horse and his army”: – “I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider i called Faithful and True“, Revelation 19,11-16 – “the rider” is Jesus Christ returning as Messiah: -” On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS”, Revelation 19,16b.

Revelation 20,10: -” And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulphur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

God reveals this and warn the true believers of Jesus Christ of being patient, endurance and faithful:

-“If anyone is go into captivity, into captivity he will go. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword he will be killed. This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of the saints”, Revelation 13,10.

 

Daniel 7,1-28:

-“Then I wanted to know the true meaning of the fourth beast, which was different from all the others and most terrifying, with its iron teeth and bronze claws – the beast war crushed and devoured its victims and trampled underfoot whatever was left. I also wanted to know about the ten horns on its head and about the other horn that came up, before which three of them fell – the horn that looked more imposing than others and that had eyes and a month that spoke boastfully. As I watched, this horn was waging war against the saints and defeating them, until the Ancient of Days came and pronounced judgment in favor of the saints of the Most High, and the time came, when they possessed the kingdom”, Daniel 7,19-22.

-“He gave me this explanation: The fourth beast is a fourth kingdom, that will appear on earth. It will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth, trampling it down and crushing it,  The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this kingdom. After them another king will arise, different from the earlier ones; he will subdue three kings. He will speak against the Most High and oppress  his saints and try to change the set times and the laws. The saints will be handed over to him for a time, times and half a time”, Daniel 7,23-25.

-“But the court will sit, and his power will be taken away and completely destroyed for ever. Then the sovereignty power and greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven will be handed over to the saints, the people of the most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will worship and obey him”, Daniel 7,26-27.

 

The Beast out of the Earth, Revelation, 13,10-18:

ANTICHRIST:

-“Then I saw another beast, coming out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon, He exercised all the authority of the first beast on his behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed”, Revelation 13,10.

-“Because of the signs he was given power to do on behalf of the first beast, he deceived the inhabitants of the earth. He ordered them to set up an image in honour of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. He was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed”, Revelation 13,14-15.

 The Beast out of the Earth is a metaphor of a person – ANTICHRIST, who is under influence and dominion of Satan. Antichrist will rule out of the 3-fold system created by THE FALSE PROPHET – a false ideology, a false religion, a false way of thinking: a worldwide power system of false religion/false political ideology, economic and military structures.

-“He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no-one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name”, Revelation 13,16-17.

This is a extremely serious warning from God to all true christians about Satan strategy to destroy the faith and life of all true christians in THE BIG TRIBULATION TIME of 7 years just before THE SECOND COMING OF JESUS CHRIST IN GLORY AND POWER.

“a mark on his right hand or on his forehead”, Revelation 13,16.

A “mark” symbolize your belonging to somebody. When you are a true christians God the Almighty has put his holy “mark” inside your spirit, body and soul (1. Thessalonians 5,23), when you received Jesus Christ as your savior and Lord (Romans 10,9-10). Your mark is that your are “born again” (John 3,1-21) and that you have received the indwelling power of The Holy Spirit. When you are baptized with The Holy Spirit your body, soul and spirit are filled with The Holy Spirit (Acts 2,1-21).

The”mark of the beast is the mark of the Dragon = the mark of Satan, which indicate that a person belongs to Satan and serve him and will be doomed to Hell in the FINAL judgment, see Revelation 20,7-15, Satan´s Doom.

-“This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man´s number. His number is 666”, Revelation 13,18.

7 – seven is God´s metaphor number symbolize perfection and holiness.

6 – six is a metaphor number of the earth symbolize  non perfection and unholiness and is a number of Satan.

Its what a person let indwell in his/her heart, that indicate the person´s relation and belonging to either God or Satan.

 

The Shepherd and His Flock, John 10,1-21:

-“I tell you the truth, the man who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber. The man who enters by the gate is the shepherd of his sheep. The watchman opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger, in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger´s voice. Jesus used this figure of speech, but they did not understand what he was telling them”, John 10,1-6.

-“Therefore Jesus said again, “I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep. All who ever came before me were thieves and rubbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. He will come in and out, and find pasture. The thief comes only to steel and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full, John, 10,7-10.

May God help you to understand the salvation by Jesus Christ and the wonderful life in close relation to God through his Son Jesus Christ.

I pray for you, that you will give your life to Jesus Christ and learn to know God and experience his forgiveness, love, freedom and holiness.

Ask Jesus Christ to save you and and let Him  fill your heart with the Holy Spirit.

Pray and read in the text of the Bible daily :

Matthew 6,6: (Jesus) – But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Talk to God as to a father, to Jesus Christ as a friend and led the Holy Spirit guide you in your daily life and your service to God.

Ask The Holy Spirit to reveal to you about sin in your daily life – if so then confess this sin to God, repent and ask Jesus Christ to forgive you. Receive His forgiveness and His grace and fill your body, soul and spirit with the Holy Spirit and let the blood of Jesus Christ shed on Calvary cross cleanse you and heal your entire body, soul and spirit. Do it every day – take time for pray  and bible study, “go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father”, (Matthew 6,6).

 

Your POSITION IN CHRIST: The moment you have prayed to God to be saved by the blood of Jesus Christ shed on Calvary Cross your position before God the Almighty is that your are RIGHTEOUS – you are justify by the atonement sacrifice of Jesus Christ on Calvary.

See John 15,3-5: – You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.

 

Your CONDITION IN CHRIST the rest of your life here on earth is a PROGRESS – your SANCTIFICATION, where the Holy Spirit in companion with you develop your CHARACTER (it is your intellect, feelings and will) to be Holy. When you are a born again christian the Holy Spirit dwells inside your body, soul and spirit and produces the FRUITS of The Holy Spirit: LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GOODNESS, FAITHFULNESS, GENTLENESS and SELF-CONTROL, see Galatians 5,22.

 

 

The BLESSING of salvation:

PSALM 32 (verses 1-2): – Blessed is he whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man whose sin the LORD does not count against him and in whose spirit is no deceit.

PSALMS 32 (Verses 8-11): – I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you. Do not be like the horse of the mule, which have no understanding but must be controlled by bit and bridle or they will not come to you. Many are the woes of the wicked, but the LORD´s unfalling love surrounds the man who trusts in him. Rejoice in the LORD and be glad, you righteous; sing, all you who are upright in heart!

 

Revelation 14,1-20:

A new song to the Lamb, Revelation 14, 1-5,

The three angels: The eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth – to every nation, tribe, language and people and a warning not to worship the beast and his image and not to receive the mark of his name, Revelation 14,6-13.

 

A new song to the Lamb, Revelation 14, 1-5:

-“Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144.000 who has his name and his Father´s name written on their foreheads”, Revelation 14,1.

In this vision we see into the heaven: The Kingdom of God = Mount Zion = The heavenly city of God:

-“But you have come to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the judge of all men, to the spirits of righteous men made perfect, to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel”, Hebrews 12,22-24.

“The Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with 144.000”.

The lamb is Jesus Christ who died and shed his blood on Calvary cross to reconcile mankind with God the Almighty. Jesus dead, his resurrection from the grave and his ascension to the Throne of God the Father in heaven is his triumph victory over Satan and all sins of mankind in past, present and in the future. Jesus Christ is the redeemer and the mediator of the new covenant between all mankind and God. 144.00=12 x 12 x 1000 = a metaphor all true believers in the Old Covenant (The LAW-Torah) and the New Covenant by Jesus Christ on Calvary Cross.

The Lamb are surrounded by all true believers “who has his name and his Father´s name written on their foreheads”, Revelation 14,1: All true believers belongs to God the Almighty:

-“They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among men and offered as first fruits to God and the Lamb. No lie was found in their mouths, they are blameless”, Revelation 14,4b-5).

-“Sing joyfully to the LORD, you righteous; it is fitting for the upright to praise him. Praise the LORD with the harp; make music to him on the ten stringed lyre. Sing to him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy”, Psalm 33,1-3.

 

The Three Angels, Revelation 14, 6-13:

The eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth – to every nation, tribe, language and people and a warning not to worship the beast and his image and not to receive the mark of his name. “This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God´s commandments and remain faithful to Jesus”, Revelation 14, 12.

-” Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those live on the earth – to every nation, tribe,language and people”, Revelation 14,6.

-” A second angel followed and said, “Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great, which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries”, Revelation 14,8.

-” A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the forehead or on the hand, he, too, will drink of the wine of God´s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulphur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb””, Revelation 14,9-10.

 

 

The Harvest of the Earth, Revelation 14,14-20:

-” I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud one “like a son of man” with a crown of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand. Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, ” Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe”, So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested”, Revelation 14,14-16.

“a son of man” is a Messiannic title, Revelation 1,13; 14,14; Daniel 7,13-14 and Mark 8,31; 14,61-62:

-” In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshipped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed, Daniel 7,13-14.

-” I turned round to see the voice that was speaking to me. And when I turned I saw seven golden lampstands, and among the lampstands was someone “like a son of man”, dressed in a robe reaching to his feet and with a golden sash round his chest”, Revelation 1,13.

-” He then began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders, chief priests and teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and after three days rise again”, Mark 8,31.

-” Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said:” If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and the gospel will save it”, Mark 34-35.

-” But Jesus remained silent and gave no answer. Again he high priest asked him, “Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One?”. “I am,” said Jesus. “And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand go the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven,” Mark,14,61-62.
