I wish you and your family and friends
HAPPY NEW YEAR with this words from Psalms 47 verse 1-9, Old Testament in the Bible (The NIV Study Bible, New International Version, HODDER & STOUGHTON, Fourth impression 1990):
“Clap yours hands, all you nations;
shout to God with cries of joy.
How awesome is the Lord Most High
the great king over all earth!
He subdued nations under us,
peoples under our feet.
He chose our inheritance for us,
the pride of Jacob, whom he loved.
Selah
God has ascended amid shouts of joy,
the Lord amid the sounding of trumpets.
Sing praises to God, sing praises;
sing praises to our King, sing praises.
For God is the king of all the earth;
sing to Him a psalm of praise.
God reigns over the nations;
God is seated on his holy throne.
The nobles of the nations assemble
as the people of the God of Abraham,
for the kings of the earth belong to God;
he is greatly exalted.”
and with the words from Revelation, extracts from chapter 1, verse 4 and chapter 3 verse 20 in New Testament of the Bible:
“Grace and peace to you from him who is, and who was, and who is to come, and from the seven spirits before his throne, and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth.” (extracts from Revelation chapter 1 verse 4).
“Here I am! I Stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.” ( Extracts from Revelation chapter 3 verse 20).
