Copenhagen is a Metropolis at the sea Oeresund – a belt between Denmark and Sweden. The city is more then 1000 years old founded around 700. A.C. as a small fishing and trade port and with links to danish provinces in what today is Sweden since 1645: Skaane, Halland and Blekinge with its old cities Lund and Malmø and the big herring market in Skanør.
Today Copenhagen is an urban area on Island Sealand with 2 mill. inhabitants. Its a commercial, innovation and financial city with 100.000 students on University of Copenhagen, Danish Technical University, Copenhagen Business School and many other education institutions and schools.

To make Copenhagen green, clean of pollution and sustainable the Copenhagen Municipaliy has a policy of transportation infrastructure and has constructed fast and safe “super bike ways” between all quarters in Copenhagen:
– between Copenhagen suburbs and Copenhagen City
– between quarters in Copenhagen: Vesterbro, Østerbro, Nørrebro and Amager and Copenhagen City with Copenhagen Inner Harbour.
The Bicycle Snake:
To create a fast, safe and clean bike corridor between Quarter Vesterbro and Quarter Islands Brygge and Island Amager with Copenhagen University sections on Amager.
Copenhagen Municipality has constructed:
Bryggebroen – a 190 meter long walk-and bike bridge from Island Brygge on Island Amager to Kalvebod Brygge as neighbor to Fisketorvet Shopping Center and
The Bicycle Snake Bridge – “Cykelslangen” Bro – an 230 meter long elevated orange bike lane to connect to a walk- and bike bridge “Bryggebro” passing Copenhagen Inner Harbour to Island Brygge and Amager.

You call it the Bicycle Snake Bridge, but “cykelslange” means bicycle tube. A simple Google translation would tell you that. True, “slange” means “snake”, but “bicycle snake” is not a word in Danish. But maybe you’re just one of the Google adsense spammers who put as little effort into content and as much into search ranking as possible? Who knows.
